BackupXpress Standard File-Backup Service:
This option is best for PC users who have less than 15 GB of data they need to backup. 

Backup Express provides a one-time file-level backup of the files and data up to 15G-Bytes as requested and specified by the Customer onto the appropriate media (CD / DVD / DVD/DL). 

Based on the amount of data to backup, we also provide the service of backing up your information to an external USB Hard Drive (up to 250GB supplied by Backup Express).  This device may be disconnected from your PC and transported to an alternative PC.

Backup Express also provides recovery services on an as-needed basis.
