Backup Express provides a file backup solution that automatically backs up data files as specified and requested by the Customer to the appropriate media (CD / DVD / DVD/DL / USB Hard Drive).  The backup schedule is established, based on the requirements of the Customer.

Each quarter during the following year, Backup Express will visit the Customer to validate and insure the proper operation of the backup solution and to perform an on-demand backup.  Backup Express also provides up to two annual recovery services in the event of data or file loss due to hard drive failure, system crash, or catastrophic event causing data loss.
